Having Q13, Komo, Seattle Times and other media interviewing me and The Gift about our upcoming world premier on May 14th in Seattle and we got so much good press that we sold out with 500 paid people by May 1st or something better
Aligning my RE company Thach RE Group with a couple of local banks in Seattle and we are doing all their REO and it a win win for both of us and we close over 100 deals just from these account this year or s.b
Aligning my RE company with a couple of inner-city builders that we market and sale their product and they respect me and I respect them and it works out perfectly and we did 100′s of deals just from these accounts this year or s.b
Putting together 4 big RE deals this year that was over 5 millions each and it was easy and fun or s.b
