I am grateful that Josh and Kristen are getting my Thach Real Estate Blog looking good and complete by next week.
I am grateful for all my friends on FB and how they are staying connected with me.

Connecting and aligning myself with more and more athletes who want me to help them with buying, selling and investing in Real Estate and they felt taken care of and they told all their friends or something better.
Creating a billion peoples contribution movement with “The Gift” and every one is telling every one and it became a virus and even Oprah and Obama is sharing and telling everyone about The Gift or something better.
Coming up with the perfect name and look and feel for my new platform around my inspirational stuff(the new Oprah) or s.b
Receiving every month 20 new perfect sellers who need to sell and 10 new perfect buyers who want to buy or s.b
Having all my current listings receive perfect offers on them this month and they all close with ease and fast or s.b
Aligning me up with the perfect property on Mercer Island that is on the North end, view, 15,000 sq ft lot, level, quiet, good street, lots of newer homes in the area, and we bought it for $700k or s.b
