Thach Nguyen is the Founder and CEO of Thach Real Estate Group, company that serves people from diverse cultures and communities in buying, selling and investing in real estate.
As a Vietnamese refugee at the age of 4, and a self made millionaire at 27, Thach Nguyen is a powerful example of the American Dream in action. Thach has a vision to inspire and empower billions of people to reach for their dreams by sharing his life story and showing them that anything is possible when you Dream Big.
Thach is also a co-founder of The Gift, a movement that is inspiring people worldwide to connect deeply with others, discover what’s they are up to, and contribute to them on the spot. Philanthropy
Thach works closely with Seattle’s First Place School. His roles include sitting as the chair of the advisory board and serving on the building committee board. The building committee is currently working on a mix use apartment building which will house forty First Place families. Thach created the American Dream program in conjunction with First Place to help homeless families move into permanent housing. Since its founding in 2003, the program has helped 25 families move into permanent housing. Some of these homes are Thach’s own real estate which he rents at low prices with no deposit or first and last month rent needed. First Place is a service agency devoted to educating and nurturing children whose families struggle with the risk or reality of homelessness. They offer housing, culturally relevant education and support services enabling families to achieve permanent stability.
Thach serves as an active board member for the Scoutreach Foundation helping push the mission and spread the word of all that Scoutreach is doing for the community. Scoutreach gives leadership and emphasis to urban and rural Scouting programs. Scoutreach is the Boy Scout of America’s commitment to making sure that all young people have an opportunity to join Scouting, regardless of their circumstances, neighborhood or ethnic background.
